Another customer does not state if they wired it in or just plugged the unit into an outlet, but loved the quickness of how fast the towels were heated. Overall, ratings were 4-5 stars.

Many have multiple rails to place towels, while others have flat panels. Curious as to what other customers have to say about this product, I checked several free standing units. Again, overall customers are very pleased. Some also rave about being able to dry damp towels and bathing suits after use, without having a lingering odor found when they are air dryed.
